Delaval Cell Counter

Rarely used Delaval Cell Counter DCC for sale for £1000. 

Complete and in original box. 

Great for a whole herd snap shot or to test query cows. Only used 5-6 times so in like new condition.

The DCC is a portable and battery operated optical cell counter which gives results in less than a minute.  Counting of somatic cells in milk has become a widely used measure of the state of health in the udder.  In addition, it is commonly used as an indicator of the hygienic standard of the herd milk production.
