We are looking for an honest,motivated, hardworking, conscientious person with a genuine interest in livestock husbandry to join our team in South West Scotland
The position would be full or possibly part time dependant on experience.
Regular milking of 100+ cows through a traditional 12x12 herringbone parlour.
Ability to identify and treat sick cows, good level of hygiene and attention to detail required.
Feeding of cattle and sometimes calves, bedding, scraping out, some other tractor work.
Pressure washing parlour, pens, calf hutches etc.
Position may suit young motivated couple, partner to help with new Glampsite installation, establishedSelf catering cottage business and chilcare for large young family.
Good rates of pay, regular time off, on site accommodation for right candidate(s) may apply.
