The Agricultural Supply Chain Adjudicator, Richard Thompson, who addressed NFU Scotland's AGM in February, has launched the second survey looking at how contractual arrangements are working in the dairy sector.
The survey asks about the regulations, the role of the ASCA, and how relationships between producers and purchasers have worked during this challenging period.
The short 10 minute survey can be found here:
Milk Sector Survey 2026: share your views
Deadline is 20 April.
The adjudicator is the key contact for anyone in the sector who has concerns about unreasonable behaviour or non-compliance when it comes to milk contracts.
In a blog to accompany the survey, the adjudicator writes: "To build on our existing understanding of how the UK milk sector is responding, we are inviting those across the sector to share their views in a short survey. Your feedback will help us understand what is working well and where the regulations may need further support or attention.
