Milk price dissertation

I am a Fourth Year Accountancy & Finance student at Heriot Watt in Edinburgh, originally from Dumfries - a dairy farmer’s daughter.

My dissertation is looking at The Use and Adoption of Forward Contracts to stabilise volatile milk prices within the United Kingdom.

I am keen for any dairy farmers or anyone within the dairy industry to participate within the survey.
