Land Required in the Central Belt/Borders

Can you help?

We are searching for one acre of land to build a single dwelling (only one house) along with a storage shed to accommodate my a landscaping business.

Ideally the land would be relatively flat and close to services.

The areas we are looking at are anywhere between West Linton and Rosewell (west - east) and Eddleston - Balerno (south to north).
