Lameness Survey

The following questionnaire will be used as part of my undergraduate dissertation project at the Institute of Biological, Environmental and Rural Sciences (IBERS), Aberystwyth University. I aim to gather information on the factors that may be associated with bovine lameness on UK dairy farms and the economic effects of lameness. The questions herein include some based on farm infrastructure, treatments used on farms and lameness prevention programs. It would be greatly appreciated if you could spare some time to complete my questionnaire
