The following questionnaire will be used as part of my undergraduate dissertation project at the Institute of Biological, Environmental and Rural Sciences (IBERS), Aberystwyth University. I aim to gather information on the factors that may be associated with bovine lameness on UK dairy farms and the economic effects of lameness.
