Ardyne Organic Farms Ltd produce both arable silage and clover silage to feed to their livestock to ensure top class organic meat which can be used in their London organic restaurant.
We will be hearing from Ralph Bova, their independent agronomist and Michael Mulgrew, DLF Seeds how they have used grass clover sward, making full use of nutrients on the farm whilst maintaining profitability to ensure the quality of the silage required for the livestock on farm.
