Excellent vacancy on Tarbolton Farm

Unfortunately our herdsman is moving on.

 

Creating a vacancy for an enthusiastic, hard working person to take on the milking duties of our pedigree holstein herd of 120 cows. AYR calving, TMR fed, summer grazed. Milked through a modern 16/16 westfalia parlour.

 

Successful applicant would be involved in all aspects of cow management, feet and fertility in order to gain the full potential from the herd.

 

Opportunity for seasonal tractor work. Slurry, silage etc. Ongoing training provided. Regular weekends and days off.

 

3 bedroom family home available.
