A GB research consortium named “FIELD” are looking at farmer experience of and attitude to endemic disease. The focus is on lameness in sheep and BVD in cattle.
The consortium is keen to get input from Scottish farmers if possible.
The research project will report its findings over the next few years, and the BVD outputs may assist in shaping the end stages of the BVD eradication scheme.
