Dairy Person required

Dairy Person required on a Robotic Dairy and Arable farm near Stirling.

 You will be responsible for the day to day running of the dairy herd, ensuring regular milking and health of the cows and daily cleaning/maintenance of the robots. Other duties to include TMR feeding, bedding and occasional foot trimming.

Tractor jobs will include slurry and dung spreading, carting silage/grain and other general tractor work as and when required.

 The farm is family run and consists of 200 milking cows with followers and 450 acres of grass and arable ground.

Relevant experience of working with dairy cows and tractor driving essential. Knowledge of robotic milking would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided. 

Start date flexible
