The aim of this development programme is to provide the owners or managers of progressive dairy farm businesses a platform to develop their skills as a leader and enhance their ability to develop a stronger team within their business.
Programme format
The DairyLeader Development Programme will comprise of a series of six meetings, each focused on a particular area of Personal -, Professional - and Business Development, ensuring you build a committed and resilient team around your business. Whilst it is not essential to attend all meetings, those who commit to attending all 6 dates will of course get the most from the programme & get priority should it become over-subscribed.
Each meeting run from 9am to 5pm. They will be replicated in 4 locations; Dumfriesshire; Derbyshire; Somerset and Pembrokeshire. We invite you to attend the meeting location nearest to you.
Who should attend?
DairyLeaders, owners or managers of progressive dairy farm businesses who are responsible for the management of teams and have an interest in developing their skills as a business leader.
