The ongoing Covid pandemic has meant Ireland’s premier indoor agricultural event and meeting place for dairy farmers and dairy businesses is going virtual once again this year. We do so however, on the back of the success of last year’s virtual show, with huge optimism and enthusiasm. This year’s show will be held the evenings of the 20th and 21th of October and will include The National Dairy Innovation Awards.
The 2020 show was made possible thanks to our sponsors and exhibitors, who took the leap of faith with us and whose support was not lacking when we needed it most; and of course the support of the dairy farming community who logged on in their droves (1,600 unique log-ins with an estimated viewership of 2,500+) to view and interact with our agenda, speakers, sponsors and exhibitors. We have no doubt you will be there for us again this year as we look to make the 2021 show even bigger and better than last year.
A virtual show allows us the exciting opportunity to break from the limits of location and beam into dairy farmhouses and farm offices all over the country, meaning our sponsors and exhibitors can expect to see and interact with many new faces as well as the same familiar ones. Equally, a virtual show allows u to show you examples of farming innovation and best practice from around the world. Plus, We have worked extensively with our technology partner during the year to ensure that all attendees, no matter their age or background, will be able to easily log on and navigate the system we have created especially for the event and enjoy the extra dimension that the virtual world brings to the 2021 National Dairy Show.
