The third in the ‘Managing People’ series, Siân Bushell of Siân Bushell Associates will lead an interactive discussion on how to tackle difficult conversations, keeping your emotions under control and managing issues in your team effectively. Siân, a dairy farmer until 2004 has since trained in family business meeting facilitation and a basic coaching qualification. Siân has had to learn to deal with people in difficult situations and also difficult people!

She will share her top tips to help you deal with difficult conversations and overcome conflict.
