The 'Talking Leaders: how do we equip the next generation?' event is one of many events listed. View all events.
With Jon Parry, principal of Gurteen College, Ireland.
Before relocating to Tipperary, Jon held various leadership roles in the UK and has worked for more than 30 years in agricultural education and knowledge exchange (KE).
He was instrumental in changing how AHDB approached KE, championing a mindset change method and believing “the cup is already full of knowledge, KE just need to be the spoon that stirs it”.
If we had a blank sheet of paper, how would we equip the next generation?
Join us to explore Jon’s insights and ideas on what we need to do to ensure we equip the next generation with the skills and traits needed to adapt to a world that is changing ever faster, and to grab the opportunities this new world will bring.
