Looking to fund your dream piece of farm machinery or invest in livestock but don’t have the luxury of cash at hand? Heard of HP and mart loans but not sure what they are or how they work?
Join us on Thursday 15th July at 8pm for a 1 hour webinar on Zoom where Oliver McEntyre, Barclays National Agricultural Strategy Director and Jane Mitchell, Johnston Carmichael Business Advisory Director will discuss farm machinery and livestock finance.
Oliver has a wealth of experience in the agricultural industry having grown up on the family farm, studying a diploma in agriculture at Myrescough College, working as a farm manager for several pig units and as a farm business consultant before joining Barclays agriculture team in 2006.
Jane also has a wealth of experience in the agricultural industry with her family running a dairy farm in Aberdeenshire and it forms the basis of her career to date. After studying for a degree in Agriculture at University of Aberdeen, she trained as an accountant and has previously worked at Clydesdale Bank. I addition to being a director at Johnston Carmichael, Jane is a part time lecturer at SRUC Craibstone, non-executive director at ANM, director of SOAS and board trustee for RSABI.
