GB Calf Week 16–23 November 2022

To celebrate the progress that has been made by the industry since the launch of the GB Dairy Calf Strategy in 2020, GB Calf week run from Wednesday 16^th to Wednesday 23^rd of November. The week will raise awareness of the work of the strategy and how farmers can be involved.

Spearheaded by AHDB and NFUS, this is a chance to participate in a series of exciting events, webinars and farm walks, each focusing on one of three key themes:

Semen selection with a focus on sexed and beef semen
Breeding for the right carcass for the right outlet
Calf thermal comfort and feeding for growth and optimal health
