The day kicks off with the Cattle, Horse, Sheep & Goat exhibitors battling it out to be judged the Champion of Champions.
A popular attraction to the show each year is the truck show, with vintage & modern tractors all competing to win a rosette.
The afternoon entertainment offers something for all ages to enjoy from pipe bands, the prize winners parades, childrens races, fancy dress parades & the young farmers stock judging and tug of war competition where a mix of ages and abilities compete to show the young farmers up!
The highland dancing competition draws in a fantastic crowd watching dancers of all ages competing to be placed.
The night is ended with the popular marquee dance held in the show park where you’re guaranteed a sore head on the Sunday!!
