We farm 1000 acres in south west Scotland rearing all our replacement heifers and growing winter wheat, barley and grass all fed back to the herd.
The cows come first at Hardgrove and you will work closely with the rest of the team and myself focusing on cow health, calf health and husbandry and milk quality.
