The 'Relatively Speaking: Communication within a Family Business' event is one of many events listed. View all events.
Having family members as business partners can be a great asset or a huge point of conflict. In the last of the ‘Managing People’ series, Heather Wildman of Saviour Associates will discuss ways to avoid or deal with these conflicts. She will also discuss succession, a major cause of conflict in some farming businesses. Heather has over 26 years of experience of working with both farmers and industry and was a Nuffield scholar in 2012.
Please note during the webinar, it is only the speakers that will be seen/heard. Participants will still be able to interact and ask questions via the chat function though
