DairyLeader Forum 2019: Cardiff

This year’s event will explore the factors needed to grow a successful business without solely focusing on the bottom line. We'll investigate the dynamics required to create and condition a high performing team.

The Forum is a two-day event where you’ll hear from a range of expert speakers, often from outside of agriculture, who will inspire, motivate and challenge you to develop yourself and your business.

Built around the themes of 'Leadership, Growth and Resilience' we’ll also make sure there's plenty of time to network with fellow DairyLeaders.

If you were lucky enough to attend last year, you'll be delighted to hear that Sir John Jones will be joining us again. This year he’ll speak about developing a happy organisation and how to maintain a hungry, content, happy workforce with a focus on emotional intelligence
