What to expect
In a change to the usual format, this year’s conference will be held over two days to allow you more time to meet and network with fellow DairyLeaders.
Meet our speakers
The speaker’s content will provide concepts, skills and learnings which are directly transferrable to your business.
Sir John Jones – Sir John draws upon his educational background and experience in inspiring even the most resistant, to talk about driving business progress and growth through effective leadership and nurturing a growth mind-set in both yourself and your team. He will set out how a clear business vision and understanding the "WHY" results in employee engagement and how you can capitalise on this to manage change and drive continuous improvement.
Dr. Jolanda Jansen – Jolanda will describe how you can use social science knowledge and techniques to instigate behavioural change in yourself and your team. In particular how you can ensure effective communication to influence and motivate your team by understanding the science of the brain and using the R.E.S.E.T model.
Steve Brown – Our after dinner speaker is well placed to talk about personal resilience, determination, team work and adopting a "glass half full" approach having completed a 900 mile journey across Vietnam with five other physically disabled people and as captain of GB’s wheelchair rugby team at the 2012 London Paralympics.
Ed Salt – As Managing Director of Delamere Dairy he has grown a small dairy business into one with a turnover of £25 million. Ed attributes this growth and success to creating a working environment where the team of less than 25 people are bought in to the core business values and actively involved in the decision making process in addition to developing a robust scalable business model which allows them to seek out and seize opportunities.
Spaces are limited and are available on a first come first served basis
