It's not too late to join....

Following a successful start to the Dairy Leader Development Programme, you are invited to join us.

The programme is a series of 6 meetings, each with a specific area of focus on either; personal, professional or business development.

Attendees will develop the leadership skills required in growing business with a particular focus on techniques for managing people and building a committed and resilient team.

As a result of attending these meetings, attendees will increase their knowledge and ability to:

• define their own and others personality style
• identify communication and learning styles
• influence and motivate a team
• identify the key characteristics of Leadership v Management
• Use tools and skills that can help with managing people
• Manage change within the business and team
• Successfully recruit and performance manage team members

This programme is aimed at those in a leadership role within the business and who are now focusing as much on managing people as they are managing cows. For those who have large businesses and would consider themselves "enabler managers," the programme offers you a chance to develop key people within your business who are likely to become managers in the near future.
