Is your business fit for the future?
In this webinar Philip Dolbear and Martin Williams will discuss how to develop a mutually beneficial relationship between farmer and lender. The session will explain basic skills and tools which can be used to review, analyse and interpret your own farm accounts from a bank manager's perspective.
Dorset-based Philip Dolbear joined AHDB Cereals & Oilseeds from HSBC Agriculture, where he was Senior Agriculture Manager in the South West region. Philip also spent seven years as a Senior Business Management Consultant with ADAS.
Martin Williams farms 800 ha arable crops on the banks of the River Wye in Herefordshire. His farming operation includes; in-hand arable operations, a contracting business, a Jacob sheep flock and multiple diversification ventures on farm. Martin is an AHDB monitor farmer and has a strong interest in ensuring his business is fit for the future.
